The new solution also introduced a number of innovativefeatures extending the functionality of backup. These include Acronis ActiveProtectionTM to detect, block ransomware attacks and instantly restorecompromised data, and AcronisNotaryTM to certify data with blockchain in order to validate theauthenticity of data in the future.

If your computer crashes, it would be important to reinstall the backup application and import the backup task to run a Restore job as soon as possible. Thus, it would be a good idea to keep a copy of the backup application and the backup tasks files. You will also need to save the serial number (if your program is licensed) for easy retrieval.

You may know Acronis True Image for a while, a fancy application for disk clone, backup and cloud things, that has quite a few advanced features. It says to support all platforms, including Windows PC, Mac PC, or even mobile devices. While the fact behind is that it barely well supports one platform.

The answer is NO, Acronis now only provides 30-day free trial version for users. You can test most of its features, such as, backup, but you cannot execute the cloning feature until you upgrade to its advanced version.

I'm also seeing some erros on the logs about moving RSS queues from VMQ during my backup window, so I suspect that VMQ has a role to play in all this, specifically d.VMMQ. That's why I'm guessing that setting VrssQueueSchedulingMode StaticVrss on my managementOS Virtual interfaces should help mitigate the issue. d.VMMQ does some kind of advanced offloading using the NICs driver, and my interfaces being Broadcom we all know what to expect.

The VM appears in "startup" in the hyper-v console, but it does not start instantly. The delay is far too long. Obviously the backup no longer works because the VMMS service is malfunctioning. Even after restarting cannot start a backup job.

Note, that it will, of course, also provide you with Agentless backup of your Hyper-V host and VMs - and if you decide to get the license for it, all the conversions from any number of Physical Hosts are included. 2ff7e9595c
